Disclosures

Eligibility, fees and security.

The information below applies to lending products offered by SYSTM Loans Pty Ltd (ABN 62 670 781 316). It is a general summary only; specific terms are set out in the loan and security documentation for each facility.

Target market

  • Registered Australian businesses (Pty Ltd, trust trading entity, or sole trader with ABN) trading for at least 12 months.
  • Verifiable monthly business receipts capable of supporting weekly or fortnightly repayments.
  • Use of funds restricted to business purposes — operating capital, inventory, equipment, contract mobilisation, tax obligations, and similar.
  • Not suitable for personal, domestic or household purposes, or for lending against residential property.

Indicative fees

Pricing and fees are set per facility, based on size, term, security and risk profile. Standard fees may include:

  • Establishment fee — payable on settlement of the facility.
  • Administration fee — periodic, for servicing.
  • Commitment fee — payable on acceptance of an indicative offer. Refundable if the facility is not approved; otherwise credited against the establishment fee.
  • Legal fee / audit fee — may apply to larger or more complex facilities. Frequently waived.

Discounts on the remaining cost of a facility may be available for early repayment. The amount varies by facility and is set out in the loan documentation.

Security

All facilities are secured by a General Security Agreement (GSA) over the business's present and future assets, registered on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR). Director guarantees are required on most facilities. On eligible secured facilities — typically larger loans with strong asset coverage and verified cash flow — director guarantees may be waived. Eligibility is assessed case-by-case and is subject to formal credit approval.

Regulatory status

SYSTM Loans Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. Lending is for business purposes only and is not regulated by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). Governing law: New South Wales, Australia.
