Who we are
SYSTM Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 685 445 121), trading as SYSTM Finance, is the data controller for information collected through this website and during the assessment and servicing of lending facilities.
What we collect
We collect business information (ABN, trading history, financial statements, bank-feed and accounting data) and personal information about authorised representatives of the business (name, contact details, identification documents, and where required, credit information). We may also collect data automatically when you use the site (e.g. pages visited, device information) for analytics and security purposes.
Why we collect it
To assess applications, write and service facilities, meet anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations, comply with applicable Australian laws, and to communicate with the business about its facility. Bank-feed and accounting connections are read-only.
Disclosure
We may disclose information to: credit reporting bodies; identity-verification providers; auditors; legal, accounting, and other professional advisors; and regulators or law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Information is stored on systems operated by us or our service providers, with reasonable safeguards in place (including dual sign-off, two-factor authentication, and segregation of duties for financial operations).

You may request access to, or correction of, information we hold about you. To do so, or to make a privacy complaint, contact us using the details below. We respond to privacy complaints within 30 days.
