If your business is going through a period of difficulty that affects your repayments, tell us early. We have a financial hardship process, and the sooner we talk the more options there are.

We acknowledge within one business day
You receive a reference number straight away. We may ask for information about the change in your circumstances.
We respond within 21 days
We set out the options available, which may include a short deferral, a revised schedule, or a payout arrangement.
Until then
Repayments continue as scheduled until we have agreed a change with you in writing.
