We collect information you provide when you apply or enquire — such as business and contact details, ABN/ACN, and information about the business's finances — and information from secure connections you authorise (for example, business bank and accounting data).

We collect only what we need to assess and service a facility.

How we use it

We use your information to assess applications, make and communicate credit decisions, service facilities, meet our legal obligations, and improve our service.

We do not send your financial or application information to advertising or analytics tools.

Data connections

Financial connections are made through secure data services. Where a third-party provider is used, it is described factually and used only to assess and service your facility.

Disclosure

We may share information with service providers, credit and fraud-prevention bodies, and where required or authorised by law. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access, correction and complaints

You can request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@systmfinance.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
